Party B shall bear the incurred costs and expenses while removing all its facilities and equipment (including all the signboards, advertisements, facilities and equipment installed at the premises, and excluding the unremovable objects or objects which will probably caused some damage to the premises during the removal.

“while” is not the best choice. Here’s another way of saying your entire sentence:
Party B shall bear any and all incurred costs and expenses attributable to the removal of the entirety of its facilities, and of all equipment, signage, and advertisements installed on the premises, but excluding unremovable objects, or objects the removal of which is likely to cause damage to the premises.
