Italki points are different from ITC. To obtain ITC, you must purchase itc by going to https://secure.italki.com/payment/purchase.htm
However, to obtain points, you must be active on the community, by correcting and commenting on notebook entries, being active in group discussions and answering questions. I hope this helps.
