    As a question:

    "Where have you worked?"

after wh-q you have to write auxilary verb ,helping verb or modal verb then subject after that inf+complement of the question
    example:What do you do?
What can you do?What are you doing?
How many times have you been to Yemen?
So about yours it is better if ask(Where have you worked?present perfect tense

    Both are incorrect.
The correct way to say that is: "Where have you worked?"
