How to say these phrases in Korean properly or in a better way?

I would like to know if the phrases I've typed in Korean are okay to use? If not how would I properly say them? I'd be speaking to a new friend, we aren't close but we are the same age.

1. Your room is pretty. 당신 방이 예뻐요.

2. Your car is very expensive - 당신 차가 아주 비싼.

3. Where is your mom? - 어머님 어디에 있어요?

4. This black and white shirt is really beautiful - 이건 검은색 하고 흰색 셔츠 정말 아름다운.

The next one, I would like to know how to say.

5. I am so happy we became friends.

감사합니다 친구들은!

    1. correct, but we prefer to address someone's name directly instead of "당신(의)" when talking in a polite speech.
e.g. Your room is pretty ☞ 바네사 님(or 씨)의 방은 예뻐요.

    2. 바네사 님의 차는 아주 비싸요.
    3. 어머님께서는 어디에 계세요?
    4. 검고 흰 이 셔츠는 정말 아름다워요.
    5. 우리(가) 친구가 돼서 저는 정말 기뻐요.

    \^o^/

are you using google translator? your sentences often end with ㄴwhich is used to mark adjective words..
umm, maybe i can try to help.
    1- you can say that
    2- replace 비싼 with 비싸네요.
    3- 어머님 어디 있어요?
4- 이 검은색 하고 흰색 셔츠가 정말 아름답다.
    5- 우리가 친구 되어서 기쁘다.
