Basically "Bollocks (or ballocks) to a Saliva Tree" is nothing more than a typical profane epithet.
It does not have a specific meaning. It is simply intended serve for a crude exclamation, intended to show an extreme of feeling. Other than a reference to male genitalia, there is no substantial meaning there.
