Can you help me to understand an online audio lesson?

I have listened to lesson 16 of level 1 of talk to me in Korean.

http://www.talktomeinkorean.com/lessons/l1l16/

In this lesson at 1.58 minutes they say something like:

Suwayo. Yes you said Suwayo, which is the conjucation of utda. But you do not say utda, suwayo is better.

But they do not say what suwayo nor utda means. (Or I have missed it somewhere.) I cannot find suwayo nor utda in the dictionary. I probably did not spell it correctly. Do you know which verb and which verb form they are talking about?

I have asked them this same question quite some days ago now, but it is not answered on their website. It is not even in the comment list, it's still waiting for moderation I think.

    I just listened to it.

The verb is 좋다 (to be good). And the present tense form is 좋아요.
