is it correct?
The critical purpose of this research proposal is to investigate several elements of the language and the style of the Italian author Tizio Caio as narrator, poet and translator. I don’t want to consider only the most famous novels, but also the minor works, his ideas about the linguistics and the translations, the interviews for italian’s newspaper and other relevant documents and evidences.

The first sentence is okay, but here is how I would word and fix the second...
"It won't only consider his most famous novels, but also his minor works, his ideas about linguistics, the translations of his works, the interviews he's done for Italian newspapers, and other relevant documents."

most of it is fine. I would say in the last sentence:
...the interviews with italian newspapers and other relevant documents and evidences.
...the interviews with italian newspapers and other relevant documents and evidences.
