They are both fine. The first one is better if you are writing it-- it is probably a little more direct, refined, less clumsy way of expressing it. The second way is just fine in conversation. A lot of times when we are writing we have the opportunity to "clean up" or refine what we are saying to make it more direct and to get it to communicate better. This opportunity is not available in speaking.
