Is there any difference between Biliyorum and Bilirim?

No there isn't any difference between them.Just an alternative word.
The two answers you have already received are probably sufficient for you.
In English we never say "I am knowing".
So we translate both "biliyorum" and "bilirim" simpy as "I know".
Biliyorum is present continuous tense ("i am knowing", right now, I continue to know, later I might stop knowing)
Bilirim - aorist??? tense = I know (always)
