ways to express agreement?

I am wondering what can I say to show my agreement except “Yes” ? And In what situations should I use "absolutely" or "definitely" ? Thanks!

    You can say the following to show agreement.

    "To be sure."

    "You can be sure of that."

    "I agree."

    "I agree wholeheartedly".

    "I agree 100 percent."


    "I think so too."

    "That is certainly true."

    "That is what I think also."

    "I think that most people would agree with you."


    You can use "Absolutely" and "definitely" any time you like to show agreement, just as though you would use "Yes".---Warm Regards, Bruce

    Yes can be used for general agreement to a subject.
    While absolutey and definitely is a STRONG agreement to a subject
    ( mainly the terms of when talking to a person )
