”人生” means human life or the whole world which a someone relates to.
Above full sentence is frank Japanese. It is easy to read this when "の”　is added between 人生 and 主役. 人生の主役 means main actor in one's world or in one's life.

You are only a lead actor in your world. But it's your hope. The hero is me in my life.
