This sentence is Standard Arabic, but used in Egyptian dialect too (pronunciation differs).

    In Standard Arabic pronounced as:
    ana oayed 7uqooq elmar2a.

    In Egyptian dialect:
    ana oayed 7u2oo2 elmar2a.

As "amjd1" said, it means "I support the women's rights".

    (1) ana oayed Huqooq almaraah.
    (2) I support the women's rights.
