줄게 = will give
e.g., 내가 이책을 너한테 줄게 = I'll give you this book.
줄래 = would you give me
e.g, 그 책 좀 줄래? = would you give me the book?
줄 is (something or for someone) to give
e.g., 너에게 줄 책을 찾고 있어 = I'm looking for a book to give you.
