    要 means 'want',
    喜欢 meas 'like'

    我喜欢苹果(I like apple)
    你喜欢苹果吗?(do you like apple?)
    他喜欢苹果吗?(does he likes apple?)

    不知道你想说什么意思 但是喜欢是like 要是would like~

    我要苹果(I like apple) <- fake and misleading phrase
    because
    I like apple(s) = 我 喜欢 吃 苹果。
    and
    我 要 苹果 = i want apple(s)
    thus
    你 喜欢 苹果 吗?(do you like apple?)
    他 喜欢 苹果 吗?(does he likes apple?)
    are pretty right
    but
    you must add 吃
    because
    this is how Chinese express the ground of liking anything
