"자려고 해요" or "자려고 요?"
When i wanna express" I'm going to bed", which one is correct? as 동사 + (으) 려고 하다 = tobe going to, however, when I said "자려고 해요", my Korean friend said this is supposed to 자려고 요?. I'm wondering ....

Both of them are correct.
But most of Koreans use "자려고요." because it's more simple to say.
But "자려고 해요" is also used a lot.
