    Dutch is a language.

Netherlands is the name of the country.

Holland is a region within the Netherlands that includes its major cities of Amsterdam, Rotterdam, and the Hague, and thus many people associate the whole country as Holland when in reality it is only a region of 2/12 of the provinces.

The Netherlands = a constituent country of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
Holland = a region in the western part of the Netherlands.
Dutch = from, belonging to or relating to the Netherlands; the language (or/and people) of the Netherlands

The Netherlands in its entirety is often referred to as "Holland", although North and South Holland are actually only two of its provinces.
