In addition to said above, if you are multiplying a number less then five, you may say:
дважды, трижды, четырежды
In that case multiplification is already included in a word and you don't need to say "умножить".
So first example would be
трижды тысяча триста шестнадцать
It's like twice, triple and quadruple (unshure of common use of last two, but twice is a good example)
With division, it's a fraction, so instead of saying "разделить", you may say
пять восьмидесятых
And along with "разделить на" you may use "делить на" or "делёное на".
