    "u-wa-fi-quk" with the /ʊ/ sound as in "woman" not the /ə/ sound

    Technically, Husseiny is right. That said, many Arabs still use the second reading due to influence from their own colloquial accents. In that case, u-wa-fe-qak is masculine and u-wa-fe-qek is feminine.
