What does "it isn't all that, I know, crazy" mean?

Here is an extract from The Vampire Diaries:
[Elena and Bonnie are driving to school in Bonnie's car.]

BONNIE: So Grams is telling me I'm psychic. Our ancestors were from Salem, witches and all that, I know, crazy, but she's going on and on about it, and I'm like, put this woman in a home already! But then I started thinking, I predicted Obama and I predicted Heath Ledger, and I still think Florida will break off and turn into little resort islands. . .Elena! Back in the car.

"witches and all that" means that Bonnies ancestors were witches, with all the usual implications that accompany that status.

"I know, crazy" should probably be set off with dashes -- like this -- instead of commas, for clarity. It is an aside that interrupts the sentence. It basically means, I know that you think what I am saying is crazy, and I agree that it is crazy, but... (here's the rest of it)
