托福托福 does not exit in chinese language as far as I know.
I think you mean 托您的福. This is just what people would say when they are complimented . (it means "you have been of great help to me". However, it is just rhetoric, people are usually not honest when they say this)
Example:
A: Congratulations! Your business was a great success last year!
B: Thank you. 托您的福, 托您的福.
