    차다. 차오르다 -> 차올라.
    We use lots of words related with '차-다'
    I guess you ask the meaning of ~이 차오르다
    and it means to become full or to be in a state of something or emotion.
    Here are some examples ;
    통에 물이 차오르는 - filling (a tube) with water
    그녀의 눈에 눈물이 차올랐다 - Her eyes are full of tear.

    Are there what you'd like to know? If not, show more sentence you want to know.

    차올라 = chaolla.
    I have learned that it means like crying, or that tears are flowing/rising.
