First of all تقول
it means to say,
هل تقول شيئا؟ Do you say something?
Second, تكلم it means speak this is as an order.
تكلم ما الذى يزعجك ؟ Speak what annoys you?
Third, تدلنى it means to guide me
هل يمكن ان تدلنى على الطريق؟ Can you guide me to the way?
