We actually do use PayPal although in some limited ways.
Russians can buy things via that system but cannot sell anything for there's no feature to withdraw your own money.Funny, huh?
Thus alternatives are, as being mention above, ' webmoney' and ' яндекс деньги '.
P.S.I bought recently some items from China using webmoney.:) Cool.
