Outstanding employees were recognized at the get-together with prizes for the champions of monthly and quarterly sales, annual contribution and for developing key customers.

Looks mostly alright to me. It's a bit awkward, but that's going to happen when you're talking about a subject like this. However, I would put "for" before "annual contribution", and I'd also change "developing" to "recruiting".
