    1. When someone is speaking very fast, it may happen that some words seemingly disappear. In this sentence "Na,gut, dann wünsche ich Ihnen noch einen schönen Tag." It may sound like "Na,gut, dann wünsch'ch Ihn' no''en schön'n Tag".

    2. "bei mir" is like "with me", "i've got it right here". "Wenn ich ... bei mir hab" = "If I took ... with me" as in "If I don't left it at home".

2b. No its not really a complete sentence. It's a "Wenn ... , dann ..."("If ... , then ...") sentence. But it may be used in a conversation like a complete sentence IF the "then ... " part of the sentence is obvious.
    For example:
A:"Ich will nicht ins Theater gehen, Ich kann mir das nicht leisten" ("I dont want to go to the theater, I cant afford it.")
B:"Aber wenn ich bezahle [, dann kommst du mit]?" ("But if I pay [, then you come along]?")
As i dont know the context of your sentence, i dont know if its right or not.

    3. This sentence means "Ich werde nicht sofort gehen aber ich will auch nicht lange bleiben weil mir hier zu viele Leute sind" ("I wont leave right now, but I dont want to stay long either because there are too many people here").

    I hope I could help :)
