nell'inizio della frase , perche' si usa "se"?
Se vuoi io continuo a correggere qua e là le tue frasi ed a darti qualche dritta se non ti è chiaro qualcosa oppure hai bisogno di altri materiali didattici

domanda 1: si, dovrebbe esserci un punto interrogativo
domanda 2: dritta in questo caso ha il significato di "suggerimento"

It's a conditional sentence. If you want this, I will do this. If you want, I will continue to help you. It is the same in English.
If it were a question, it would have been "vuoi che io continui...?" It wouldn't begin with 'se' (I think) :)
