Helpful app for iPhone or a website to improve vocabulary

I am looking for an app or a website where I can add words and repeat them till I memorize them. It is preferable this solution easy to use and free. Do you use anything like this?

Additional Details:

I have come across this website http://www.vocabulary.com/ but I think it is more helpful for native speakers rather then for learners.

Have you tried Byki? They have lots of user-created vocabulary lists that focus on specific topics, which can be quite helpful. I use the Russian version from time to time. Not a bad resource at all!
