Please help me on Japanese Grammar In Below 2 sentence using の. sentence 1 is use te-form + の and sentence 2 is used Past tense した + の. What the difference between them ? 1. 人間関係の「和」を保っているのです 2. 悲しんでいる人を励ましたのです

same* you can use の → ん too. 1. 保っている「ん」です 2. 励ました「ん」です
