    I think the sentences are all correct.

    But a couple of things,
    never mind sounds more like 気にしない(で)

    And,
    ごめなさい should be ごめんなさい. (You spelled it wrong)

    すみません=excuse me 不好意思,谢谢, 对不起, 借光,
    大丈夫=It does not matter/that's ok/never mind 没事儿,没问题,可以
    ごめなさい=sorry 对不起
    どういたしまして=you are welcome/don't mention it 不客气,
