Help with interrogtive form.

Hi! Sorry for the dump question, my Norwegian is very basic.
Today i read this sentence: "Her spiser du best i Norge" I translated to "Here, you can the best of Norway".
How can I made the interrogative?
I usually put the verb before the subject, but in this case they already swapped because the verb must be in second position...

Thank you in advance :)

You should translate "Her spiser du best i Norge" to "best places to eat in Norway" ("here are the best places to eat in Norway"). In this case, "her" is used to design where the best places are, thus you replace the adverb with the interrogative "hvor": "Hvor spiser du best i Norge?"
