    it's like "we dont have enough time" . it s like "zaman az" or "zaman kısıtlı" (az=little, small), (kısıtlı=limited, restricted)
    for example, you want to tell your wife a story but you know that you need to go to work. you say "Şimdi zaman dar. Akşam konuşuruz" which means, Now we dont have enough time. We will talk about it in the evening (because we will have more time then)
