what is the difference between 옷장 and 장롱?

옷장 - 옷 + 장(欌) - furniture for clothes(closet?!).
장롱(欌籠) - can be 옷장 or other small old(traditional or classical) boxes for clothes. it feels traditional or classical.

장롱 is traditional furniture for keeping clothes, mattress and blanket etc. It is quite big and sometimes has very traditional patterns on it. You can easily see 장롱 in Korean drama.
옷장 is used to keep clothes only.
