How come ㅁ is often pronounced as ㅂ? Same with ㄴ being pronounced as ㄷ!
I almost never hear 미안해 being pronounced with the ㅁ sound, I always hear it being said like 비안해. Same with 네, I alway always always hear it pronounced like 데!

미안해 and 네 are never pronounced 비안해 or 데. I still understand where you're coming from, though, because in Korean ㅁand ㄴ are way less nasal than in English. (meaning you don't feel as much vibration in the nose as in English). So you might here them as ㅂ and ㄷ.
