How become I allowed to send message to a language partner ?
I'm new on this site. I browsed though Language partners and wanted to send a message, but I got a popup screen telling me I'm not allowed to send a message. What should I do?

You have to follow them first and send a language partner request. Once that person accepts you as a language partner, then you can message them. Other people have privacy setting which don't allow anyone except their italki friends to message and chat with them.
