Resolved questions
please help me to understand this correctly
공항에서부터 너무나 많은 분들이
환호해주시는 걸 봤을 때
내가 왜 진작 여길 안 왔을까하는
죄송한 마음도 들었어요.
너무나 많은= so many?
분들= fans?
해주시는=polite form of 주다?
걸 봤을 때 = when I see the thing?
여길= here ( but why with ㄹ?)
My translation is:-
I guess when I saw so many fans cheering for me at/from? the airport (onwards),
I also feel sorry that why I didn't come here earlier.

너무나 많은 = so many
분들 = people (분 is a polite form of 사람)
해주시는 = 하다 (do) + 주다 (helping verb - do sth for someone, do sth as a favor for someone..etc) + honorific "-시다"
걸 봤을 때 = when I saw ~
여길 = here
(여길 is not a word. It's just a fast pronunciation of 여기를.)
So your translation was quite correct:
When I saw so many people cheering for me at the airport (onwards), ~
