    No, we do not use the expression for greeting, it seems rather for fun.
    안녕하세요. and 안녕하십니까? are proper expressions for greeting.
    and more, ~ㅂ니까? literal meaning is 'asking a question' to show the speaker's concern about the listener.
    But ~ㅂ시요. is used to describe 'hopes and wishes'
    안녕히 가십시요. Good bye.
    편안히 주무십시오.
    (I hope(wish) you have good night)
