I sent back the items today, however I wasn't able to get a tracking number because that would have cost more then the product cost $60 USD. But I did put a note in the package about ordering a large and needing to exchange it to a medium. And I put my name and return address in the package so even if no tracking number once the item reaches china whoever receives it should be able to get that info.
