I'm trying to understand the verb 사다
I can conjugate in past like: 샀어요 , but in present tense I'm not sure
maybe: 사아요?? or not???

    You can conjugate the verb in many different ways, depending on the level of formaility.

    사다: 삽니다 > 산다 > 사요 > 사
    high formality -> low formality

    And as you already know, for past tense you add the ~ㅆ어(요)
