1 2 3 vs. 一二三? Which do you use more often?

When you write a number do you use Chinese characters or 'Arabic' numerals more frequently?
For example:

Or maybe you prefer something else? 0(o*.*o)0

to be written in very formal Chinese, use 三,
    in common, both are correct.

I remember I was taught to always write “three” instead of ‘3’ in my English sentences unless the number is more than ten. I guess getting rid of Arabic numerals in your Chinese sentences makes it slightly more formal. I use both “我6点半起床” and “我六点半起床” in writing.

I would like to use chinese character "一二三四五六七八九十"

    我喜欢用阿拉伯数字 因为写起来流畅简单

    如果后面有中文的半的话一定要大写“六”,原因是中文会统一。例如:六点半 或 6:30
    还有就是星期几会用大写。例如星期一、星期二或 周一 周二
    日期的话如果年份一定会用阿拉伯数字,没有年份可以任用,不过一般省事可以都用数字;例如:2013年3月27日 3月27日
    还有就是如果是1-10的单位,中文用大写较多。如:一顿饭,两只碗,三本书,四支笔;

    我6:30起床,我六点半起床都是正确的。
    It depends you,both is correct
