    大きな声で is a natural phrase.
    大声で sounds a bit rough.

    Ex. 大きな声で話してください。 (It sounds soft)
    大声で話してください。 

    Sorry, I can't tell you exactly how they feel.

    When you want to request someone to speak more loudly or articulate, then it may be another good idea to say:

    恐れ入りますが、聴きとることができませんでした。(I am awfully sorry but I could not catch you what you have said.)
    少し大きな声でお願い致します。(Could you say slightly louder?)
