Double vowels in Korean?

 

Hello I am learning about the Korean alphabet. In it is it possible to have "consonant-vowel-vowel"? What is the order that I should pronounce these sounds, after the consonant should I pronounce the vowel to the right of it or the vowel beneath it?

    for example '봐' ,
    after 'ㅂ'consonant, pronounce 'ㅗ' first and then 'ㅏ' .
    you should the vowel beneath the consonant first.
