Can someone explain this sentence structure to me?

I'm very confused on this sentence structure. I don't understand why they use '숙제해' Can someone please break down each part of this sentence for me??

This is such an unclear sentence. I'd say don't worry too much about its structure, because it's written in a really confusing way to begin with.

~해 놓다 is to have something ready and complete.

The homework that people have completed

다른 사람이 빌려가도록/ in order for other people to borrow

책상에 두면 안 돼서/ should not put on the desk, therefore

I hope you won't sit next to her.

    The literal translation is:

(People) should not put the homework that they have completed on their desk for other people to borrow, so I hope you won't sit next to her.

Bottom line: No one talks like this.
