Somewhere / anywhere

Why this sentence: "Is there somewhere nice to eat around here?" is written with "somewhere" and not "anywhere"? It is supposed that one have to put "anywhere" in questions, isn't it?

The rule is, "anywhere" USUALLY goes in questions. Anywhere means any possible place.

It's possible to use "somewhere" in a question if the asker is expecting one place to be the answer.
