what it's all about" and "what it's about.

I am wondering about the difference between "what it's all about" and "what it's about."

Could you tell me if you have time to spare??

When you say, "It's about", your just want to express something in a simple way. but when you say "it's all about", you are trying to making an emphasis for something.
