What is the meaning of "stick up" in this context? Is this a phrasal verb?

A. I'm sorry to let you down the other night, I couldn't come to the movie!
B. It's okay, it's not like you stuck me up, you just couldn't come.

The only meaning I know with "stick sb up" is "rob a person with a gun", which I believe it is not the meaning here.

I think it should be "it's not like you stood me up". Where did you find this quote?
