    shaana means clever, shrewd generally used in sense of being cunning.

    syana or shana means clever {stress on h}
    syana is used for a good feedback whereas shana is used for loose talk
    Syana for Masculine**************** Shana/Shaney for Masculine
    Syani for Feminine****************** Shaani for Feminine

    Examples-
    eh shaney, kya kar raha hai tu?

    Shana is actually a slang term, which means a 'wise guy' the more correct term as correctly pointed out by @lordgaurav would be sayana (male) or sayani (female).
