    (1) "A ce que" can be split into "à", which goes with "demander à", and "ce que", which means "that which." So "demander à ce que" means to "ask + that which," but in English we say "ask such that." Translated into English, the sentence is "On behalf of your colleagues, you write to ask such that each person can work at home."

    (2) "En tirer" means "take from it" (where en = "from it/them/her/him" and tirer = to take, pull, derive). As a whole, the sentence means "You indicate to him/her the benefit that the company can derive from it."
