    1) I'm thinking of you
    Exactly as it says.

    2) I'm thinking for you
If you're thinking *for* another person, it means they are too lazy to think themselves. For example, if someone had to solve a problem but they don't want to try, so you think of the solution for them.

    3) I'm thinking on you
    This doesn't make sense.
