    Both are correct, but mean different things.
    "We would have lunch outside" implies the willingness/desire to have lunch outside --> almorzaríamos fuera se...
    "We could have lunch outside" emphasizes the possibility to have lunch outside --> podríamos almorzar fuera se ...
