Is there any differences between "commencer de faire qch" and "commencer à faire qch"?

    Theoretically both constructions are possible and correct, BUT "commencer à" is the most widely used nowadays in everyday conversations.
    You may find "commencer de" in literature or older texts (XIXth century), anyway in France.
